The side clamp tube is designed to fit the SMALL and MEDIUM series of the Weiss screen print carousels. The tube is made of high quality steel and can be purchased in three different lengths, with or without installation fittings.

To have a strong and rigid product the side clamp tube is made of high quality steel. This increases the lifespan of the tube and the print precision.
The side clamp tube come in three different sizes:
Standard: Width = 655mm (Silk screen sizes up to 620mm)
Compatible with:
1-4 colour SMALL screen print carousel
1-4 colour MEDIUM screen print carousel
6 colour MEDIUM screen print carousel with micro registrations or micro registration mock-ups
Large: Width = 935mm (Silk screen sizes up to 900mm)
Compatible with:
1-4 colour SMALL screen print carousel with the extra powerful elevating spring(s).
1-4 colour MEDIUM screen print carousel
X-Large: Width = 1055mm (Silk screens sizes up to 1020mm)
Compatible with:
1-4 colour MEDIUM screen print carousel
Within each size of the side clamp tube it can be purchased with either 80mm or 220mm distance between the mounting holes. The field of application is listed below.
80mm distance:
– Direct installation on the silk screen elevating arm without any micro registration or micro registration dummy.
220mm distance:
– Direct installation on any micro registration or micro registration dummy.
